Sweater Weather is Upon Us

Happy December, friends!  Can you believe that we have less than 30 days left in the year?? This year flew by and since it’s winter time, it’s definitely sweater weather.

Winter in Chicago seems to last forever so I wanted to highlight some of my favorite women’s sweaters, jeans and booties. To say I can live in this combo year round is an understatement. Sure, I do love a good pair of cut off jean shorts in the summer, but sweater weather is definitely my jam. 

Nordstrom is always my go to spot when shopping for basically anything year round. I picked up this gorgeous cream sweater and could not wait to wear it. The ruffle shoulder is just too good! This cute little number can dress up a pair of jeans or complete a sparkly NYE skirt. I plan on wearing it both ways and will keep you guys updated with more ways to style it. 

Closet staples

Since cream sweaters are a total closet staple, I’ve partnered with Nordstrom to pull together some of my favorites from their site. I’m a sucker for a good pair of ripped denim and booties, so I had to include those as well.  Any time I am in need of adding some wardrobe staples to my closet, I head on over to Nordstrom to stock up.  I know I’ve said this before, but I love that they truly have a price point for every shopper.  Their designer selection is one of the best out there, but if that breaks the bank a little too much (because let’s be honest, it does for me most of the time), then you can shop their BP section or other women’s apparel.  I usually find myself with way more in my shopping cart – and have to force myself to remove a few items – because their selection is that good!
